great night at the footy - great performance, man Clug works hard and some of Dunk’s off the ball work is really important. Up the mighty lions.
How is Clug? Looked like he copped a nasty one in the ribs second quarter? Very brave to play on. Few injured soldiers tonight 🥺

According to the AFL app:
Melbourne's 47 defensive 50 launches, 28 were intercepted and only 6 made it inside 50 for 1 goal.

Cameron and Lohmann topped the total sprints with 20 a piece.

To 3/4 time, Brisbane was at 85% tackle efficiency (Melbourne 70%) with only two missed tackles.
How can you see these stats on the app? (besides the sprints, I know about them)

Played on strongly so should be ok IMO.

I didn't expect that. I thought a narrow loss was on the cards. A very good win in the end. I thought we controlled the game very well. We used the width of the G better than we have done. Last 10mins was ordinary, and bombed deep far too often, but a dominant game overall.

Poor old Oscar copped a hiding, he had his wins but Gawn just too strong tonight. Everyone else went pretty well. Rayner very good, I think we can expect more of that. Lohmann is 3 or 4 more tackles a game away from cementing a spot. Really happy with Berry's game. Topped the tackle count, made good decisions, good by foot. He did a lot of the tough stuff too, the shoulders look solid. Neale looked sore, hope it's not going to be one of those lingering injuries. Hope we don't let it become a lingering injury. I like Fagan on the bench.

Not much more needs to be said. Could nitpick players and moments but that's unnecessary. No changes needed. Unless there's injuries but I think outside Neale were all clear. Continue to play like that and we could get a pretty roll happening.

LoL. The "journalist" asking about Petty in the Melbourne press conference. Follow up with Fages please.
Just watching Kayo and he did ask Fagan, who just said no comment. I did learn that Fox and Channel 7 don't share video of the press conference as Fox didn't show him asking the question.

Jon Ralph again going after Charlie to get suspended. Also Noah for mocking petty and he managed to mention our ‘drama’. It is impossible to underestimate that dude.

Who cares honestly. Dude is only there on fox to provide scoops and just waffles when there isn’t something else important. He brought up info about Hugh’s future contract and RFA at halftime but other than the Charlie tackle had nothing else.

theyre largely referring to the cam rayner thread located here which has boiled down to coordinated trolling of a notorious meme poster.

Didn’t know danster was a notorious meme poster but that makes more sense. Was wondering who would commit so much time to be a hater and not surprised it’s someone like that.

Loman's got a way to go obviously but he's got a bit of go in him and surprised me with his effectiveness in the contest when he's outsized. So he's going to get better with more pre seasons.
I'm really enjoying watching him. I really hope he keeps his spot because I think he's earned it and he really brings an extra component we don't really have.

Also great to see jumper number 1 showing some form.
