Those who own Sam Jacobs, considering how he's travelling is it worth getting rid of him? I've got Cox playing in the FWDs so I could probably swap Cox to rucks, trade Jacobs to Daw and pocked some cash, but I'm looking at other premo ruck options and I don't know if it's worth trading for say Goldstein for a 20 point upgrade, especially when Jacobs could get it all together and put on a good score imo.

Right now I have more pressing options, like getting Evans into my side and starting to upgrade rooks to premos rather than sideways trading rucks. Is holding the smart move?

Hope so... I'm keeping Jacobs as he MIGHT do well against the Blues.

Upgraded him to Buddy only because I couldn't deal with the frustration of owning him

A. Gaff, not sure whats going on with him atm.... any suggestions who to bring in please?

Getting tagged out of every game so far this year. Opposition coaches have figured how important his link work is and he is struggling to deal with the tag early on. He doesn't have the frame to go into the middle and get the inside ball to help deal with it so I would recommend trading him out. Although I'm not sure on his BE or price.

He hasn't been that bad to warrant a trade IMO...keep him abit longer.

Cheers !

Also I hav got rid of Viney for Evans, and wouldnt mind getting Mayes in. Just don't know who for, Dwyer or Neade. Or if I should even bother and either don't use the trade or find something else

Apart from this week (Carlton ala, Carrazzo), he has a pretty easy run with teams and taggers...should improve. He also scored 142 against carlton last year....don't think he Carrazzo was on him though?

Currently my options are
Wright, Martin or Zorko > Cloke and K Lucas > Evans

Think Zorko will be the one to go leaving me around 220k in the bank

Thoughts on Stokes? Really would love to bring him in, looks the goods this year to me, but it would mean trading one of Bartel, Lewis or JPK though and keeping Geary for another week ( was all set on Geary>Malceski )

What are people's thought on JPK? he hasn't set the world on fire, so is he worth keeping around, or should I cut the loss early and grab a cash cow (e.g. evans) instead?

Varcoe to Mayes
Moloney to Cornes

Wanted to get in Matt jones, but desperately want to get in Cornes before he becomes ridiculously expensive and I think Moloney is peaking

Ranked in the top 50.

Ppls thoughts on these trades

Viney -> Evans & B Kennedy (col) -> Mayes

or

Viney -> Evans & Zorko -> Westoff

Cows I have = Wines*, Goodes*, Pittard, Stevenson, Terlich, Heath, Kommer, Viney, O'meara, Daw, Dywer, Mccaffer.

How many cows do you need?

Viney to Evans is pretty iffy (I don't think it has even been mentioned by anyone else), but the Westhoff boat is about to set sail.

My plans this week are to hold Hanley unless he has a longer term injury than his suspension and to trade:

K Stevens > Evans
Mullett (thanks for the memories, Aaron) > SJ

Hesitant to go with Stevenson and Pittard in the same starting backline this week against the eagles, what do you guys think?

What's the go on Neade? Possible omission?

I hear Bartel has a high breakeven so it's probably best to remove him now? Straight swap for SJ who should run rampant on the dogs?

Can I trade Viney (Mid) for Mayes (Mid) and swap Mayes (Mid) and Neade (Forward)?

Most people seem to be trading him, but to do that means using a trade before the rest of the teams are known which is risky. Im backing him to bounce back, reckon he just had a shocker for whatever reason...... 2 games in a row like that and Ill trade though.

Last year hes lowest score was 57, the following week he smashed a 153....

People who don't have Viney, are you trading in Evans for a player like O'Meara or Whitfield?
I'm not convinced about Evans yet. I think he still may be fools gold and will only score around 60 from here on.

I got rid of him last week for Westhoff and moved Cox up with Lberger. Was a last minute trade which I normally end up regretting but I think it'll work out alright.

I'd hold on to him if I had to make the decision again this week.

Keep in mind he had a 60 point last quarter which includes kicking 3 goals. Not sure how often he can go that. In saying that he isn't really a rookie just priced as one. I don't think I'll be making the switch like everyone else

Edit. Sorry in reply to the Evans post

Kane Mitchell to Michael Evans
Josh Kennedy (SYD) to Joel Selwood

Still have $59,400 in the bank and also considering Sam Mayes instead of Evans. Sam Mitchell, Jobe Watson, Moloney and Wingard are other options instead of Selwood.

No way will Neade be the sub....did you see West Coasts struggle against Carltons small forwards? Neade will not be the sub this week. He was subbed on the weekend to protect him for this week.
