New kid on the block
Adelaide has a solid strike rate of producing fine players by the name of Rory. And it's rookie Rory Laird [DEF, $108,500] who has been catching the eye recently. Laird scored 81 last week against Carlton and is set for this third game this week and a price rise of some $48,500. If you're looking for a cheap forward option to free up some cash, then Laird's your man.

Ahh good old Dr Dt, so stupid he confuses himself.

Ahhh hahahah he's not even playing.

with 5 people out and used all my trades with 2 others out i had no option to start again, thoughts? im happy with my new team but lost the chance to make money with goodes but im new and just put the cheapest in as subs who never got a game which was a huge mistake, now i have subs! early days

So the big question for many of us:

How long will Gibbs/Heppell/Pittard be out for?

Gotta take a punt this week on Vlas, Mundy, Evans, Viney, Steveson, Malsexy and Terlich all scoring decently :eek::eek:

On the positive side though I bagged myself Leuenberger, 150k and really only had to do one sideways trade to avoid a zero (assuming all of the above play, if they don't I'm f*cked). Hopefully trying to at least preserve my ranking while simultaneously getting my team right pays off  #praying

How long will Gibbs/Heppell/
Can't bring myself to trade either of them out because I know which ever one I trade out will be back next week and the one I keep will spend at least 1 more week on the sidelines.

Can't do much research so someone help me out please!

How long is Heppel and Gibbs going to be out? Will Evans start on-field or should I sub him?

Looks like I'll have two not playing so hopefully bench can get big numbers..

And hate appeared...

Heppel probs rested and gibbs 1-2 from what has been reported

Had to use both trades to cover injuries/suspensions. At least I don't have any zeroes on the field.

Terrible week, but no doubt worse for others here.

Just on Heppell - remember that teams are 100% allowed to state "rested" on the team line-up now. Seems strange that they'd make up an injury when they don't need to.

Valid point- but for the sake of sportsmanship and diplomacy, I can still see why teams would make up a minor injury rather than state "rested" when playing against GWS.

Swan C....inb4 Friday night captain curse.

I just changed to Murphy, closed the app, reopened the app, put Swan back as captain. I can't decide.

Jones tagged Beams last year and Swan in 2011. No Beams so does Jones go back to Swan? Or does Watters choose to tag Pendles..

Does Murphy get Mckenzie or does he go to Judd again? Probably Murphy. Mckenzie started in the back line last week, will Neeld run with no tag again?

It's going to be a back and forth sort of day I think.

Pretty confident Pendles will get the tag this week man. It has been the case for most of the year so far, coaches have realised that Pendles is far more damaging when getting the ball than what Swan is.
