Can rule out Lemmens for 4 weeks, suspended for a dangerous tackle
Not that I think he was in line for a recall… but does anyone really think that was worth 4 weeks? Absolutely looked dangerous but the guy being tackled contributed to it. Deciding it was a good idea to jump.

It’s BS.
1-it was a ripper of a tackle. Smashed him
2-Lemmens is a terrific indigenous role model just like VFL Fitzroy/BrisC player Cameron
3-Lemmens is also a top bloke just like VFL Fitzroy/BrisC player Cameron.

Lemmens did one thing wrong-he was drafted to the GC.

Can we rule out a rogers debut with no announcement today?

Dimma was impressed with Dave Swallow’s cameo last week as a goal kicking pressure forward. More of a like for like replacement for Mally. Rat seems like a logical sub.
I reckon Rogers will be in the 2s again

At any other point in time in our club's existence I would have suggested we might be going too young by adding Rogers to the lineup, but I'm learning to not doubt Dimma in the same way that I've had doubts in previous years. The Hardwick regime has filled me with confidence I've never felt before with our club and if Dimma thinks Rogers is ready to debut, then I'm inclined to believe it.

Sexton to play the goal sneak? Can he apply the pressure required? Could Atkins? Although 37 touches in the vfl and his kicking is his strength. Rogers could debut which would be great to see. Or Macpherson, who is going to apply the pressure but can gift the opposition the ball. I assume whoever comes in will be sub and swallow will be in the 22

I think Swallow should be sub for the rest of his career, regardless of form and amount of injuries.
He’s perfect for the role and he deserves to have his career extended until we play a finals game.
So I’m thinking Sexton comes in back for the Ducks game in his old forward role.

We've gone to the Sexton and McPherson well far too many times with no real results - I'm happy with either Swallow or Rogers as the sub but feel Dimma might give Jake a go and keep Davey on the pine for another week - where he's been doing a great job of impacting when he comes on.

Rogers debut and Swallow sub is fine by me.
I just don’t see it happening though as there is usually an announcement and a bit of hype with a debut.

The other thing is I think Alex has had some impactful games at the SCG over the years. I could be imagining it though.
