Round 6 Venting and Discussion thread

Big scores this week, not surprising really I scrapped a 2106 and that's fielding low scores of 33, 39, 57, 60, 66 and 68.

Barely made a dent in the leaderboard with that just inside the top 20k now, still winning all my league matches though .

Now I need the best forward not named Dangerfield or Boak.

2279! I can only imagine what could have been had I not traded Duursma, not benched Scrimshaw and not have had to bench Constable (only have space for 2 of Walsh, Ross and Constable, so taking Ross' score over Constable was surprisingly the right decision).

Includes Newman's 66 and Wilkie's 44, plus having both Ross and Constable on the bench.

But obviously some wins too - Crisp, Boak, Coniglio, Taranto, the Mumford and Witts duo and no Whitfield.

Having a crap year, but have moved from 28K to 9K in the last two rounds.

Ended up with 2168 and moved up to 1605 which i'm stoked with considering i've made a few silly errors, and missed the boat on a couple pigs. Some of my premiums let me down, but fielding Duurs and Rozee made me happy.

Finally a week where not having Whitfield yet paid off, he should drop a fair bit of cash now in the next week or two, then can grab him.

Glad to minimise the damage on a week that I thought was going to be a lot worse.

I lost like 12 points after lockout ahaha! That hurts. Still scored decent and moving down in rankings. With the comp being so close, you can easily move down very quickly. After Round 3 I was ranked 23K now I’m ranked 4200. So with right trading it’s defs possible to make a dent in the rankings

Hoping Whitfield doesn't miss this week but will keep him if he does. Surely will only be one week at the most. I am getting two premiums in this week anyway so trading him out doesn't improve anything on-field.

Looking like:

Petro -> Ebert
Scrim -> Laird

Will mean my worst fielded players this week are Duursma, Rozee and Drew. Not too bad.
