We are heavy favourites again but the Saints play well against us. We simply must come out and make a statement because, although a win will see us on top by percentage, Essendon and Adelaide are definitely making more noise than we are.

Ill be sacrificing my sleep before work to watch this.

So i hope we put em to bed by half time/early 3rd term so i can maximize my sleep before my 2 am wake up!

Also a rare game i wont be at so hopefuly i dont rage too hard at channel 7's coverage.

Saints will not be a pushover IMO and we must come out firing.

Gut feel is that this will be a tight game, especially in the first half. Saints are a very solid defensive side, and play within their limitations. Easier to shut down a high pace, high talent team like the Blues on a smaller ground as well. Hopefully we can break free in the 2nd half. We're still well below our best so any win would be nice at this stage. No injuries would be a bonus as well.
