7-8.
Martin was great.
Jack playing injured.
play the kids weed out the retreads

proven coach and assitants, performance manager, sack jackson and hartley and reset for next year .

They're both kids, and sticks. Composure and strength on the tackles will come with experience and pre seasons.
They both hit the scoreboard, or at least create opportunities to; I'm glad they have that.
Yeah, I cut them slack as they are kids who need to bulk up. We're going to keep getting hurt though if they develop in the ones.

Again, our defenders suck at knowing when to push up, and when to guard the dangerous space.

Leave 1 or 2 defenders about 20 out to stop the easy out the back goals. And if a long bomb does come in, it also means you have time to impact the contest.

Our tackling is weak and atrocious. All night Hawks players were able to stand up and get hands free to get handball away. Chaplain is the biggest plodder and is a disgrace to the jumper. Batchelor not far behind.

Hmmm...I see it the other way....they offer no forward pressure and miss a lot more tackles than they stick.
But I guess we stick with them and see how they go.
You're blind if you think Short doesnt offer forward pressure.

I'm talking about the start to our seasons, are you happy with our fitness? Our game plan? Why are we 1-6
Because Casboult can't kick straight.

You just noticed? Been like that all year unfortunately

Workrate looks worse when you turn it over like we have.... but to see it slowed down and individualised like that.... not sure if it is mindset or fitness. We were fit last year...

Anyway, shouldn't you be waiting for TV at his car to bag him out some more....

Can't blame the players. Good effort. Coach Genius blew this one then did nuthin to correct it. This guy might be able to set up a game plan but when it comes to live match day coaching he's over his head. Why don't you get Bernard Tomic in the box with ya and when Rance comes back get him to do handstands in the goal square and Riewoldt to do backflips in def50 and maybe Ty can shimmy up the goal post to take mark of the Millennium u campaigner

I was going to say it is reminiscent of 2007, but I think the margins were slightly narrower then.
It's shocking to be honest. Richmond is supposed to be 7 years into a rebuild and they lose by 30+ 5 weeks straight because they don't have the depth to cover, like, two or three players.

Or, it is just the coaching staff. I can't tell you to be honest

Outs:
  • Brandon Ellis. Go back to the ressies and learn to ****ing defend. None of this bullshit jog back and sprint at the last second when you realise it was your turn to go and make it look like you made an effort. Rather sprint back and stop your player from getting the ball in the first place or if he does get you're there to smash him into the ground.
  • Troy Chaplin. Pathetic, unaccountable and past it. Leader my ass.
  • Jake Batchelor. Injured? Has stopped doing the one percenters.
  • Daniel Rioli. No where near being ready. Gets caught whenever he tries to do something (even Lewis got him), whilst disposal isn't close to good enough. A couple of nice glimpses but nothing that warrants a game.
  • Connor Menadue. Is a ahead of Rioli by a bit but has similar problems. Iron them out in reserves and weight room come preseason. A month in the VFL will do him well.
  • Morris. Didn't have his worse game but has no place on our list so why play him.

Ins:
  • Rance.
  • Cotch, if ready.
  • Astbury. Don't know why he was dropped in the first place, much better option that Chaplin.
  • Grimes, if ready.
  • Lennon. ****ing play him.
