For those trading Whitfield, the notion of "I'll get him back in a couple of weeks", it doesn't always work out that smoothly.

I did the same thing with Merrett after R1, and am *probably just going to get him back this week

Because carnage can and will happen even this week some people are missing Whit/Newman/kreuzer etc.
All it takes is one week of Carnage and you can be chasing your Tail for weeks

True. But there's also a risk in holding Whitfield. You're going to lose maybe 60 points in total points for this week and then theres the worry that maybe his role changes for the next week or maybe he misses 2 weeks. Not to mention the fact that his BE is 173 so even if you can't get him in, the chances are he is still dropping value.

No clue what premos you’re getting but assuming the best.

Ross (75) + Lloyd (110)

No difference. Obviously anyone below Lloyd (and Whitfield when fit) is probably 5-10 points worse.
