tossing up between Stewart or Hurn
Stewart to me is going almost too well that I expect a heagy tag to come soon. For that reason I'm leaning towards Hurn.
I dont trust Laird or Sicily as much.

I could be wrong, but I don't feel like Stewart is the type of guy who will cop many, if any tags. Teams will still be more worried about a guy like Tuohy who can damage with run through the middle and shots at goal, rather than Stewart. Still gets a lot of his points through uncontested marks and switching the play etc which coaches won't be too heavily trying to get rid of.

Agree. Don’t know where this Stewart tag talk has come from. Don’t ever remember a team tagging a defender such as himself. Maybe when lamb tagged Sicily ? Even then Stewart is more uncontested then what Sicily does. I’d 100% back in Stewart over hurn.

Whitfield to Lloyd is fine if you want to do that. I wouldn't be trading Macrae though. Will bounce back and the trade doesn't exactly net you much money to warrant it. The only reason I would even contemplate moving Macrae on is to change your structure. The way you would do this is by trading Macrae (or any other mid premium) to a forward (Boak) or defender (Laird/Stewart) and moving Drew/Durrsma into your mids. Then just field either Ross or Hately. Even still I wouldn't be doing that.
I think you should just trade a rookie down and generate more cash; Petrucelle to Corbett/Larkey OR Wilkie to Answerth

Yeah. I've been in Europe for 3 weekends and without fail every trade has netted me less points, it's been bloody depressing. Just need to stem the bleeding.

Stuck on this one guys as I feel libba will bounce back this week (but Boak seems must have)
1. Libba & Wilkie -> Boak & Answerth (Ross comes on field at M8)
2. Wilkie & Rozee (or Scrim & Drew) -> Daniel & Answerth
Leaning 2nd one due to Boak’s tough matchup to get him in next week before his good run, but may be risky if carnage happens?

I really don't want to trade Libba, but having Ross on the bench seems terrible when I've got guys like Petrucelle stinking up on the field.
Options:
A: Wilkie -> Answerth
Parker -> Larkey
Neither will be on field so this is just a double downgrade for cash.
B: Libba -> Answerth (Ross comes on field in place of libba)
Then either Wilkie -> Laird or Drew/Petro -> Boak. I'm thinking Laird tbh as Boak is top dollar and I really just want to get all rookies off the field first as priority. Can grab Boak in byes if he's still flying.

Exact same position for me so would love others input.
Agree re Boak however his draw leading up to the byes is very easy. Could be worth paying top dollar for.
I think libba will bounce back but also seems a waste to have Ross on the bench. Think this is what I’m struggling with the most!

I guess it'll depend on teams too to a certain extent. If either of Answerth or Larkey get dropped then the decision is made for me.
Leading towards the double downgrade atm as atleast I cant be making my team worse.
I've already used 2 trades on Libba (started with him, dumped him for Rocky), then grabbed him back for Cousins. If I use a 3rd trade on Libba I need to be sure I'm finally done with him! 1 more week will help that decision and gives me a sighter on Stocker if he's named.
Can easily do Libba -> Stocker next week and bring Ross on field, then grab Boak for Petrucelle in time for his cruisey run (pending how he goes against the Pies that is). I get this horrible feeling the week I get Boak he'll return to his 90 average. He is 31 afterall... paying over $750k for him feels like a bad decision at this point in the year when theres guys like Dunkley and Martin for $200k cheaper who 'could' average near him (going off previous years anyway).

Despite logic, I think I will do it. Newman to Siciliy and....... Parker to Dusty. Welcome back my old friend. Pretty much based on the fact he could go big, not likely given his past few but this is the week he turns around, I am one hundred percent sure I may or may not be right on that. A bit easier given the guys Im interested in are too much at the moment and likely to drop price. Even if Dusty drops he cant go much lower (oh oh).

Just brought Stewart in this week (ATS) After having a look at Geelols fixture, can't really see them losing any games from here on.
Crows have 5 of the next 7 at home but a much tougher run fixture wise, Laird will still probably score well tho with Milera out

I deserve that. Was only supposed to be a 4 week holiday as I could feel my rankings slipping.... but had one too many one night and a few people convinced me to book flights to Greece and go back 2 weeks later. Safe to say my business partner, but more importantly, fantasy rankings were not impressedServes you right for taking such a long holiday during fantasy season! Where's the commitment??
So tempting to cull wilkie and Burgess for Boak and Answerth. Bye bye warchest!
