They’ll stack their forward with talls this week. Jones will hold his place and they’re shielding Draper because he isn’t 100%. In a nominal sense Frampton will likely get Wright as the deepest forward, Moore to take Jones as he pushes up the ground, Howe whoever of Draper or Goldstein is forward and then you’re left with Maynard and WHE v Stringer and Langford. I think it’s the line we can get an edge, but getting it on our terms in the middle will help.
Weather to influence too. Especially if it rains.

Dropping Reef of of 10 minutes AFL game time for Harrison of of 0 minutes VFL game time is one of the stranger selection suggestions I’ve seen in a long time.
lol..not really ...reef hasn't done that much ...Harrison has looked good in VFL and has AFL experience ...we looked better with the small nimble forwards around cox and miho..and Elliott and WHE play tall... I think we should go smaller again

Yeah, forgot about Stringer.
Don't want Moore to play loose on Langford.
I think Langford might be too slippery for Howe, could be Howe to Stringer - either way I would think between Maynard and Howe, they will get Stringer and Langford.
Teams aren't out yet anyway.
Moore isn't playing as loose as the commentators carry on. Our system it to peel off to pressure the ball carrier or impact an aerial contest. At times they all peel off when they shouldn't or get stuck with two men to defend because someone else did and have to hedge their bets. When it's Moore in that situation the commentators just carry on.

I think we've got to have the extra tall in the 23.

We knew Port wouldn't park the bus so we weren't ****ing around in the midfield looking for those beautiful hand ball chains or hit up targets - we were just smashing it in really quick before the defence had rolled back.

If the opposition get numbers back, we'll need an extra tall.

So Mark McGough to come in? It's 22 years later, and it still triggers me. :tearsofjoy: Should be an awesome game.

Reef has been perfectly fine and growing in to the role he’s been given. You’re making changes just for the sake of it. The only way HH or Sullivan come in is if one of our older players don’t get up for the 5 day break.

Are big Coxy’s parents coming over for ANZAC Day? Hope so. He always seems to play a big game when they’re here

Won’t be any Changes anytime soon as no one at VFL Level good enough at moment to get a Game at AFL Level
Dimma Hardwick made a good point last night - you can get more development in to your young players in 2 afl games than you can in 20 VFL games

I would like to see us target the new Bombres poster boy Durham. Reckon he goes to JDG. Might be a rude awakening for him

Durham is going very well and is a certainty to pick up Jordy.

Jordy is up and about breathing fire again so Durham will have his hands full.

Who then stops Nick?

Nick will just be up against the other rotations like Merrett Parish Hobbs Caldwell etc

If JDG keeps smashing the contested ball like he is currently he becomes almost untaggable.
I also really liked the brief looks Jordy had up forward up against Port
