This is a banter thread, not a ridiculous post thread. But who am i to judge? We lost and it was depressing. The win against Geelong was great, as was the win against Sydney the next week. What about when we upset the Cats in 2012 at the G that was awesome.
How about you guys? Got any good finals stories since, i don't know, the Internet was invented?
This makes as much sense as Buckley saying Collingwood have a fully functioning forward line!

The final result being 15 points. No GF has been so close since. Maybe you lot should stop focussing on first half scores and worry more about the final score. If you need any help maybe give Carlton a call??

LMAO ... The only stage you got anywhere near the Hawks was three-quarter time but promptly undid any good work by conceding the first three goals of the final quarter, which saw the margin blow out beyond five goals and the final margin reflects nothing more than the Hawks conceding two in junk time

Yes, wonderful flashback to an outstanding moment, I mean REALLY outstanding moment in Fremantle's history. That day you beat Richmond at the MCG, people will still be talking about it in 100 years time. You have so much history to go back and dwell on.

All we have is this:

I can imagine the Dockers DVD ... Fremantle, The Day We Won, 1 DVD set.

Dockers DVD? The high points of Fremantle's history would fit on a tweet.

Beating us on the last kick of the day isn't a bad achievement. But it's not like you beat a side that had won 9 straight and was the premiership favourites on their home ground in front of a one sided crowd. Here is an example of a side doing that you might enjoy, I'm sure some Tigers fans might.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! That's unfair. They have a rich history worthy of multi pack DVDs much like us with all our premierships. Why, who could forget that MOMENTOUS day they joined the league, after years of lobbying, toil, blood, sweat and tears by their administrators setting up the club, appointing coaches, drafting players and getting ready to compete with the big boys ... and they promptly lost to the Tigers!!!

Somehow last year we got Brad Hill for Chris Mayne. Pretty sure they cancel each other out.
Not even close, McLeod was a 300 game Norm Smith medal winning dual premiership one club player. Hill will never get close to what McLeod achieved, Mayne vs Groom on the other hand is an even comparison.
