Doesn't matter how much he's lost, you've got him there because you thought he was a keeper. Last thing you want to be doing is trading a bloke out like Priddis when he's lost $100k lol. Don't you have rookies to be worrying about?

Is parker a "must have"?

Not a must have but he would be nice to have. The ability to score 130+on a reasonably regular basis is not easy to come by. He could continue to score sub 110 though. Selwood and Danger are both must haves imo.

I'm tempted to go ruggles this week as well, I was slightly concerned about JS but he looks the goods. There aren't any other options for def downgrades and the ones I've already got have great B/E and are scoring well.

Personally I wouldn't compromise a trade based on cash left over.
Best to either save your trade or downgrade.

That's just my opinion.

I think Dunn's failure to hold down a spot in the backline is hurting McDonald. But even last year he had quite a few down games.
