What's wrong with Tom McDonald?

Am I the only one stupid enough to select him at the start of the year? I notice he is playing a lot of key defender; did he have more freedom last year?

No I was stupid enough to select him, but smart enough to trade him out as well. I went to the Melbourne board and they seem to think Melbourne's success means less intercept marks, run and carry, and long kicks from him. Check his stats from last year to this year. Pretty significant drop off.

Coming 95th and looking for a POD to really set me apart from the teams above. Thinking Tom Lynch of Gold Coast. Only in 1.9% of teams, averaging 102. Got flogged on the weekend and still managed a 122. Low score of 69 is not too bad for KPF. Only 484k. 99, 129, 112, 114, 71, 69, 122. If you include the 99 that's 5/7 games above 100.

Thoughts??

I'm assuming if you are too 100 your team is pretty much cookie cutter. I wouldn't go chasing PODs just yet. At best they'll give you a tiny edge. At worst they will hammer you down the rankings.

So how long is adams meant to be out for? this has thrown my weeks trading into dissaray.

Also is Linc likely to play this week, i didn't see the game or what happened to him.

Next week I'll probably be upgrading Adams and BenKen using the 583k I've accumulated. Just not sure who to?

Damn, Adams out now?
My defence is getting hammered. Rance back, but Adams out . I need all of AMT, Brown and DBJ to continue playing.

This week I'm looking at:
McGov Jnr -> Petracca
Mills -> Zorko/Ward

If another of my defenders miss, I may have to change tack and move Adams this week. No biggy, have the cash to get anyone.

Ward vs Zorko is the debate I am having with myself.
Confident they are the best 2 I can afford. Both would be good selections. 1 point different in average, Ward ~23k more expensive. Obviously Zorko will end up in my forward line.
What are peoples thoughts?

Yeah word is he injured his finger out for maybe 2 weeks. Also Rance is back this week, and people may he sick of having 2 non-playing players on their back bench. Furthermore, back rookies such as DBJ, and Tippa are scoring well enough for you to ditch Marcus and not be concerned about points.
