Hey Guys,

Having trouble deciding who to bring in to my forwards out of Monty and Buddy.

Monty has the ability to go huge as we saw last week against north but can get those unwanted 70-80 scores from time to time, but I do feel he'll be a top 3-4 forward at years end.

Buddy on the other hand has been super consistent this year. Not the 120-140 type scores that we have seen in the past which were usually followed by a 60-70 score , but he is consistently getting 90-100+ type scores each week which is encouraging.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Still unsure on what to do need to trade either houli or Adams for simpson. Need to trade or I'll cop a 0 this week with Laird sitting out aswell

Don't really know about houlis injury and don't like to sideways trade but he has been playing horribly recently

Adams I feel can still make another 50k if he gets a couple decent scores so don't think I should cull him just yet

Any thoughts guys?

If it was me I'd get rid of Houli and keep Adams. Simpson is a great trade-in

You certainly got in two solid keepers. Hard to think you don't have bigger issues to address or cows to cull though.

Dodged a lot of carnage and ranked about 4000th overall, want to really try and move up the ranks so I've begun trading quite aggressively.

Yeah I'll probably do that but knowing my luck houli will average 100+ for the rest of the season

Solid trades and great team mate.

Cant really go wrong with either option.

Personally i would take Ward over Hanners as i feel they will have a similar average at seasons end and you can pocket 30k from trading to Ward.

Zorko is an absolute gun, got him in last season when he bottomed out and he helped me clinch a couple of grand finals.

Monty is a gun also and super cheap at the moment, just his scores seem to be a little inconsistant but i think he'll be a top 3-4 forward at seasons end no doubt.

Have you used any trades this week yet? You might want to consider bringing in Keays for Mills. Leaving you a load of cash to upgrade your maxed out rookies.

have the same dilemma - just decided I'm going to hold on to menadue. Not sold on Keays, been burned in the past by the revolving brisbane team sheet. And keays is playing half fwd mainly, with josh green an emergency (plays similar position) & rhys mathieson emergency as well who will come in to the team pretty soon i'm worried about keays job security

I've got the same problem.. I'd hate to trade houli and his back in 2, is hate to trade Adams if houlis gone for 4-6 if the wrist is broken

Finally, reluctantly traded McCarthy>Petracca
It's a sound trade but the reluctance is because it leaves me still without a midfielder with forward dpp.
Still deciding on the second trade. Either Adams>Simpson or Davis> Keays, but the double downgrade seems most likely in order to open up greater upgrade options next week.

I've got him out at the moment (Barlow) but I can see where you're coming from. My only query - Is it a 1 week hit? It may be but who knows. What if he doesn't play next week?

All reports say that Barlow tore it up in the magoo's this week so if that's correct he should be back in....never can really trust what Ross Lyon will do though...
