Probably the first game this year I’ve actually been disappointed with the effort
Hope Yze has given the boys an absolute spray

Can handle losing but can’t handle zero effort

I don’t think Hardwick is copping enough heat from Richmond with the way he’s left this club.

This is only the beginning of the pain aswell.
Agree

But at the same time, Hardwick teams don't play this soft sh1t football

Players wouldn't be game to pull this with Hardwick.

We play the shittest brand of football. Slow and methodical when our best avenues to goal are 5 foot 8 Bolton and a 7 gamer in Lefeu. Yze is a moron.
Great insight mate.Your wasted on here.
You can plan all you want but if you haven't got the cattle tall ones your going too struggle. Why is that a surprise too you?
But yeah the coach is a moron.

I don’t know how ya’ll feel but it’s just really demoralising when we’re already so hampered by injuries, to then also get stiffed by the umps every week just hurts.

I know aggressive and brutal footy isn’t the done thing these days but I’d love if our players got out there after halftime and just made a point of hurting blokes (fairly and when able to do so). We need to make a statement of some sort

Can we stop with this rubbish victim mentality?

The umpires and AFL don't have a grudge against the tigers.

Umpires have an impossible job because the rules are designed so poorly by an old boys club that care more about looks good and brings in money.

THat was technically a 50m penalty, and that's the problem

The commentators are senile members of the old boys club who add no value. Saying Thomson Dow should've known better when the purpose of the rule is to avoid time-wasting, when that's irrelevant after the siren, ignoring the fact that it's reasonable for him to think the whistle was the siren going.

Wake up … bottom of the free kick differential ladder for 8-years in a row. 5 free kicks in a half (4 really as 1 was OOF). There’s 100% behind the scenes discussion amongst umpires to ‘make Tigers earn it’ or ‘50/50’s don’t go our way’.

Of course there’s no specific directive … but if you don’t think the there’s massive bias in umpiring ranks (we’ve probably been lippy, shown more disrespect than others, Balmey gave them a serve etc…) your head is in the sand and you haven’t been watching for 8-years.

No ones complaining about the frees we give away. It's the consistency with which the rules are applied that always skews against us. Every team seems to be super disciplined when they play us. Freo has given away 5 free kicks in a half. It's the same story every week. We get a different, much stricter interpretation of the rules applied to our players. The stats back it up.

First game I have attended in 17months. Feeling responsible ;)

Mansell, Lefau, Pickett in the middle. May not touch the ball, but they'll feel the tackles

2 softest 50 for the year
Meanwhile head high depends on jumper. Pretty terrible otherwise, Jnr just a tiny bit off, sadly everything turning to dross rather than gold. Boltons dropped mark on the line was unlucky, but main issue is terrible fwd entries, we are the cleanest turnover merchants
