He's probably got an advantage on Answerth given he's so good in contested situations and will proactively win the footy instead of just trying to get it back off someone as evasive as AMT
May as well put all 4 on him - he's literally our only forward haha.

Ah Chee probably has the best chance in terms of pace. In the past few games he has tended to take the quickest forward

Not sure if it has been mentioned previously but interesting to hear Fages say Ballenden kicked a bag against West Coast.

I am not expecting much from Ballenden. If he ended up holding his own in the ruck and brought his quality kicking to his disposals I would think it would be a big step forward for the squad.
Agree. The pressure will be something he hasn't encountered before. If he can contest as well or hopefully better than Archie when rucking and manages to get the ball occasionally and hit a teammate that's a big plus.

Callum's direct opponents haven't hurt us in any game he's played so far so I'm hoping that's something to do with him and not just a fluke.

Ah Chee has shown improvement week in week out. He reminds me a lot of Rich when he first moved to the backline. Took a while to properly get the gist of how to play back flank, but once he got it he really got it.
I don't ever like to see injuries, and McStay was unlucky at the tribunal. But it's great to see such a big opportunity come up for our young talls. Skinner deserved another chance at the big time and I have high hopes for Ballenden too. Hopefully they take the opportunity with both hands over the next two games.

So anyone got any info on how ballendan has been going? Positive attributes etc? What do u think he will bring to the table? I know without NEAFL games it’s hard to know how the youngens are going. Anyone seen any scratch matches??
