20/22 played and score of 2130 for me, rank slide of 3695, poor round all up but 2 donuts in Hall and Steele (can't believe he was dropped) didn't help the cause.

Few bad calls made my me over the round through team mismanagement
Parker as Captain ended up a bad call,
Had Hall as V/C through forgetfulness,
2nd top scorer Connor Blakely was on my bench - poor call considering conditions,
Missed double points on Shaw. 406 would've been nice
Dea and Tipungwutti on the bench as 2nd and 4th top scorers.

I've had a dreadful year but finally something worth celebrating...

2398 with the likes of Adams, Boyd, Crouch, Ablett, Hall, Wells, Barlow sitting on the pine.

Thought I was in for my worst score of the years, turns out it was the best. Weird year.

Key is to have your best scores in the week when scores and average is lower... Only reason I'm as high as I am is my first 3/4 round scores were 2300+

Wingard finally tons up. Along time coming. Gaff getting ko'd did not help. Wines up and down.
Expected more from my Sunday squad of Dahlhaus, Liberatore & Montagna.

Obligatory weekly update...I'm sure you've all been waiting fervently

Scored 2413, good enough for my first BF Div 3 league win of the season. Yay, go me!
Pretty pleased with the score, given like many others, I had Houli, Laird, Ablett, Hall and Wells sitting on the pine.
The heroes were AMT, Brown, loopholing Hewett, Kerridge and Petracca. Even McGov Jr was pretty solid. Can't ask for much more from your rookies than that. Even the others (DBJ, Smith) weren't horrendous. Menaspud on the other hand...can't wait to cut that bloke.
Many premos delivering in a big way. Shaw, Docherty, Pendlebury, Parker (who clearly looks hampered by some sort of injury), Gray, Goldy (C) and Martin all had big weeks which helps. Merrett solid as ever. Even in his less impactful games he looks like a chance to ton up like he did this week. Pleased I got him when I did.

Went up 5425 places to be ranked 5345 overall. Happy to be moving in the right direction again. Looking forward to getting some reinforcements (Laird, hopefully Hall, Ablett, Wells) back this week.

No idea about trades as yet. Likely moving Houli on, not sure in what capacity. Hmmmm...

My wife makes exceptional cookies. For some reason though she always has grazed knees after she comes back from dropping them off.

I blame CasuallyDressed (who I was playing in Kliq) for that. We both had the C on Shaw all weekend until he switched to Zorko at the last minute. Zorko scores 120 and the match up was going to be 50/50. I felt the need to upgrade Brown > Joey so that Brown would be a POD for him vs Joey and I should have left it at that, oh but no I got the sudden urge to whack the C on the new recruit because Saints were playing Essendon and surely Monty would go nuts with 40 possies and 140+ SC while Shaw would go 100-120 against tougher opposition in the Doggies. A couple of Saints did end up going nuts with 40 possie games, unfortunately one of them wasn't Joey. My own fault for getting spooked by a league opponent, I would have left the C on Shaw and just let it play out had he not switched his C first. I still won that H2H by 11, but would have won by 100 had I not even made the Brown > Joey trade.

I did the same thing. Took Danger as C because I thought my opp had him and if he went nuts it wasn't worth the risk losing percentage points to a spud like manboob over a captain choice. Anyway as Danger spuds I check the league and realise I'm looking at the wrong league and boob actually had it on Goldstein...

FYI they aren't tears I've been cutting onions for two days. Fortunately I beat him by 200 even with a poor captain (because he's a spud) but it cost me a few hundred spots overall and a 2400 score.
