What is everyone's thoughts on Grima, Dreamteam potential or standard key defender? Does he have job security? I can't think of anyone that would take he's place but then again I don't know North that well.

Depends how he performs but he didn't have the best DT debut (34 points) and I wouldn't say he's in our best 22 yet. I expect he'd make way for guys like Pratt and Hansen when they return in a couple of weeks. Risky choice if you ask me but I've been wrong before.

A quesion for any Freo fans, but why did Broughton get dropped?

Most Fremantle fans would not be sure as to why he was dropped. I live in Perth and watch and actually go to many Dockers games, why he was dropped before Thornton is a slight shock.

It seems like they're attempting to turn Thornton into a defensive forward and he sometimes moves back into defence. Maybe his versatility got him the nod over Broughton. With Suban and Hill not being rested and Headland coming back into the squad, Broughton was the next cab off the rank to be dropped.

In saying that, he would have to be easily the first player to come back into the squad should a player lose form or get injured.

Likewise, i watch almost all Freo games and watch a decent amount of WAFL games and why he is not playing is a little confusing. Seemed to go ok in the preseason and then i assumed once he recovered from his injury he would be given a good run of games to show what he can offer at AFL level. Considering they are a team that needs to play the younger guys (although he isnt that young) you would have thought they would be dropping him to bring for a bloke who is probably past his prime.

i realise it is a massive risk gettin grimes and i really dont no if iget him or not, especialy as i have not seen him play before.

the reason im looking at him is becuase i have 33gs in the bank and going to cop a zero cuz no backup for houlihan cuz petrenko is gone, if i could go petrenko - grimes i would without hesitation, but cuz ill need 2 trades i dont no wat to do

im looking at brown to sidebottom givin me cash ($114.1) for petrenko to Grimes, and in doing this ill save cash aswell

i want to keep houlihan, but if i let him go, i can get anyone for 416g and under

which is lockyer, mackie, burgoyne

Krak out is a bonus for me in a way, gets a rest... misses facing sydney, will come back good as new next week and hopefully post a good score again.

Also means I can watch Okeffe and gia for one more week.

Broughton Travelled..I would be surprised if he didnt play.( This is not saying he will play). At the expense of who I dont know.

Headland is going to have a test before the game and I do know Mundy got a hard knock to the leg last week and had a scan this week.

I hope he plays .

Does anyone know the deal with Didak?
My mate heard on SEN just after he got injured that Malthouse said he was indefinite. Didn't believe it at the time but he's really pissing me off.

A bit rough Beams getting dropped! Especially with the way Collingwood's team is looking.

Dids should be back next week. I presume that if the game was in Melbourne he would've played, but because of the travel he stayed back and will play next week. Only guessing though.

Interview with Pendlebury:

With his team once again preparing for the absence of several key players – Dale Thomas, Paul Medhurst, Anthony Rocca, Travis Cloke and Alan Didak will all miss – Pendlebury at least forecast some respite on the injury front next week.

"I suppose if we had have played in Melbourne this week he would have been a strong chance, but with the travel we just thought it was a bit of a risk," he said of Didak, who has been restricted to just four games this season by a hamstring injury.

"So he stayed back, but he should be right for next week."
