Darcy is single handedly keeping us in this with his clearance dominance. Some sort of game he’s playing, not just hitting to advantage but winning clearances himself.

Also, I’m unashamed that I didn’t want Jackson and still think we paid far too much for him, but I’m loving the taste of this humble pie. I hope he continues his improvement. Need more single grab contested marks.

Really impressive mostly. he add some extra pressure which is great.

Jackson took about 10 steps at pace and then got tackled and didn’t travel far after that … was it more than 15m … most likely but I’ve seen worse let go … and it is hard to describe just how much I enjoyed that goal.
Mainly because it just screamed self belief in his ability. I was hoping his last weeks breakout game could be the start of a new Jackson for us. Exciting stuff for us Freo supporters.

He’s playing extremely well but he’s hardly keeping us in it. Almost every player is playing their role and winning their position.
