Therefore, 59.09% of the time the winner will be from 21-30, 25% of the time they'll be in the first 1-10 entrants, and 15.91% of the time the winner will be from 11-20. WWE has made a concerted effort to have more 11-20 winners from 2013 onward, as prior to that, it had only happened 2 out of 26 times.
