You have to be charged for it to go to a committal, I am lead to believe. We don't even know the actual charge/s do we?

Well, if someone goes on the attack, it's nice to defend. That's all.
Exhibit A:
"Haha. Can Richmond supporters ever get over 25 years of losing to the cats? Judging by the bitterness on this forum- it’s a big nope."
No actual details of the individuals were revealed. What has been revealed, and you can connect the dots, is that two people were involved and that both were charged with the same charges. Two people including the player accused in this thread, were interviewed last October, in relation to a sexual assault case.
The charges include rape, sexual assault and compelling by sexual touching. These are incredibly serious charges.

Would you find it so distasteful if it was another club implicated?
The court listing doesn't say what the offence or case is about. There's a suppression order for a case involving an AFL player charged of assualt. I'm not being a smart ass, I can put 2 and 2 together, but strictly speaking, the court listing could be for another matter.I get that but if you're going to do that why have a daily list of magistrates court cases on the website? It defeats the purpose of any suppression order.
It was 133 to 52.I am loving the Cats supporters taking the moral high ground here when we all know that if this was a player on another Club they would be some of the biggest mouthpieces.
Auditing of third party payments and players before the Courts. What a culture that place has.
Haha keep up the good work Cats supporters from your moral high ground. I look forward to the bile from these posters on the next issue a club faces.

Yep- that’s right- tigers comfortably beat Geelong in the gf- too good- so where does the tiger insecurity comes from? It’s not rational.Yeah you guys really smashed us in the 2020 Grand Final.
Edgy material.It was 133 to 52.
Edgy material.
The Geelong sides of 1994 and 1995 say hello though.
The mag court won't list the charge/s, what is booked in is a committal hearing firstly, that will determine if the matter will be heard at the maggie or a different court.
Looking at those games you can understand why Ken Hinkley is allergic to Grand FinalsEdgy material.

No idea. Sydney in recent times reminds me of Geelong during the period of the 80s and 90s. There and fall apart when it mattered.Yes, well beaten.
Lucky we've won 4 flags since.
How long will it take Sydney to recover from their most recent deplorable GF performances?

I knew after 2016 that Longmire wouldn’t get it done. But we are side tracking the thread.
It would be worse if it's a mistrial, because then there's still no definitive guilty or not guilty and so what do the club do then? What a shit show for the club. I can’t see how they play him if the court case is in limbo, but also if the court proves he’s innocent then the club would want to look back and show they’ve supported him in every way possible.

That's all that anybody has been doing, both in here and on our board. We all want him gone.I am not a shit stirrer but I take offense at Geelong fans arguing semantics instead of just admitting that one of their players is accused of being a rapist. Don't take the high ground.
They can get ****edFinger injury. But has been training.
I would like to think if it's him Geelong would have banned him from training with the others.
No charges listed so it’s “possible” this is to an unrelated issue to the one we are associating the name with
It has shades of Stephen Milne's incident 20 years ago. It took a decade before he was kinda, sorta, found guilty to some of the charges.I don't think this is hyperbole to say, that if found guilty, this could likely be the worst incident involving an AFL footballer, in modern AFL history.
