On the Greg Lynn committal proceedings Crown Prosecutor Mr Dickie said 'It is clear hopefully from the document, and if it's not clear from the document it's clear hopefully from the charges put before the court, that it is alleged of course that the accused acted with murderous intent when he allegedly killed the two victims.'

Were they on? Or was it a function of the camera taking the snap?

Wouldn’t over think it. He got snapped at that time and place and that’s it.
i think they are on in an attempt to blind the camera , like the idiots do around where i live so you cant make out plates. 9.48am in the mornin is not usually a time when id have mine on when it appears to be sunshine that day ....was just something id call out place ......but for sure could be flashback from camera

Tip.? I don't believe his exact words because I already knew deep down it started about the drone. HE WAS PISSED ABOUT THEM CAMPING NEXT TO HIM AND THEN FLYING THE DRONE. Don't care about the rest or the how.

Point to a single person that has any credibility that’s says the drone is not a key piece of the puzzle.

You don’t have to be Columbo to draw that conclusion. Just don’t trust GL’s version of the events related to that and say you called it. Back yourself in son go the whole way.

Master assassin serial killer turns on headlights to hide number plates at the exact time the camera snaps. Ok.

He did have throwing stars with a commissioner exemption apparently.

So maybe he was a ninja shuriken assassin working on contract but got caught up in a century old high country bee keeping blood feud and lost his way. Can happen.

IMO

I Think you have over cooked your steak.! Son? Get off your high horse. BTW there have been plenty of people disputing the drone where have you been?

You’re not disputing the drone. You said you called it and are quoting GL’s testimony about it. So what is it?

sometimes when people are lying they will tell the story with so much detail as they have played it over and over in their mind, if you are in a struggle with a gun, are you going to precisely remember which hand was where and so forth?, somebody is coming at you with a knife and you can remember exactly which hand they where holding it in?, if Lynn came from behind the vehicle and Russell had the gun pointing towards him how did the bullet hit Clay? as I am imagining it would that not put him between Russel and Clay? It really doesn't make sense and I think he has had a good amount of time to come up with this scenario and destroyed any and all evidence so his story can be believed...
GL doth protest too much, methinks

I believe Lynn confronted Hill abiut the drone dont care about the reasoning and I also believe his statement he went to their camp over the drone. I dont believe his words off course. 2 different things and you failed to pick up on that and got on your high horse as usual. There have been plenty of people who disputed the drone hence my calling it. BTW plenty of people call it with various things and Im good with that. Is that ok with you Columbo?

Perfectly put. My apologies.

So RH, the person who lectured others about gun safety, after dark and for no apparent reason, stole Lynn's shotgun from his vehicle located at Lynn's camp, loaded it and fired it three times or so into the air? He then took it with him, back to his own camp? Lynn followed Hill to Hill's camp and the pair struggled over the gun before it discharged and killed Clay? (According to another version, Lynn then fired another three shots into the air, and returned to his own camp). Then Hill, armed with a knife, came at Lynn screaming that he had killed Clay and the two wrestled over the knife till Hill was fatally stabbed?

You couldn't sell that script to Ch 10.

It’s just not believable. Crown need to prove it though. That’s the gap IMHO.

Always remember Iddles on one media appearance. The one that got away he was like I know you did it (not his words) farrrk you are lucky. IMO.

Yep that's about the whole story, oh and there were also dragons too

Probably started driving whilst it was dark and didn't turn them off

Yeh I've done that a few times but never when I've just killed two elderly people and trying not to draw attention

You don't think it possible you would be a little distracted and forgot something like that?

I was having a joke. Yeh I think he might have forgotten to turn his headlights off.

This confirms my initial theory in that he didn't like the drone and it started with the drone.
LoL! Sort of but not really! Lynn's story is that it was the hunting too close and threat of reporting him that started the confontation, not the drone. But anyway, it's just his story. It's as meaningful as soap scum stains. Could have been anything.

You forgot to mention that RH, after firing a few warning shots, with GL around the other side of his car had the gun in a state ready to be fired again, just waiting for the trigger to be pulled.

GL approaches RH, who is in possession of a locked and loaded gun, around the front of RH car and in the struggle CC gets shot.

RH drops the now fired gun and it has no bullet ready to fire.

Now GL admits to cocking the gun again, as the last loaded bullet had been fired into CCs head remember. So there is no bullet in the chamber. My understanding is if the trigger was pulled the gun wouldn't fire until cocked again.

So did he fire the gun afterwards, was it necessary, or is this to cover the fact that his prints would have been on the trigger and not RH?

That's my thinking.

Happens more often than people realise.

I can’t find the article but others on here will recall the preliminary hearing where Dermie is very upset that his client was repeatedly denied a lawyer and said no comment numerous times prior to speaking up.

GL would definitely not have been denied a lawyer. It was his decision to co-operate without getting representation first.

Hmmm he's shown up a bit here.

On Monday, footage from his interview three days later was played in court, as the accused man told police of a “childish” act before he “made a poor choice” and just wanted to move on and forget about it.
Lol. “I’ll just move on from these two dead people - after I’ve got rid of them once and for all, as well as their belongings. I was so childish.”

Um, do children do any of these things?
