I'm going to do the unthinkable here.
As a Victorian it's definitely Parma, but having spent a fair chunk in the west Parmy has snuck into the vocabulary and to the point where it actually seems more natural and makes Parma sound weird.
I've made that leap from Parma to Parmy.
