You're kidding right?
Absolutely not ! ....big retailers yes, small retailers have been fighting late night trading for 30 years

Go to Adelaide as a tourist & the place closes, when tourists want to shop

Love it !!! ...but you have to concentrate

But if you thought that too many layers of plots ....you would have hated Dr Strange

But the most complicated movie to watch was Cloud Atlas

See Cloud Atlas I've seen a few times and found its layers while complicated fit. Inception just seemed a bridge too far and had too many plot holes.

I have seen a distinct improvement in your posts since you've started to rely on a war of words as opposed to gif spam in all fairness. You've come a long way kid ;)

I don't mind a good gif (Hatchy1992 nailed it!) But just can't deal with pages of them.

I believe in you! I challenge you to not post a gif this entire game. Do you accept or are you Yella?
It's like challenging Cameron Ling to go a whole week without being ugly.

Well I knew you were backwards but that is just ridiculous.

I don't mind Adelaide folk but it seems to take you all a while to crack Inception.
Say what? I havent even seen it yet ;)

We worked out how many sheep we've got - we counted all the legs and divided by 4.
Hangon ....let me get my numbers man to check that calculation .....Boris, what ya think?

I was in the outter suburbs of melbourne sunday night, and i saw people shopping at 9pm.
Sunday friggin night
Whereas in Adelaide we're slowly making progress - our employment minister just implemented a new scheme to fix unemployment: he's increased the minimum school leaving age to 47. No mention yet regarding the resultant overcrowding in schools :).

It's a movie within a movie.

Do Adelaide have cinemas yet?
Ive been planning to watch it but every time i go to sit down to watch a film im like ill watch one tomorrow... eh. Ill watch one tomorrow... eh. Ill watch one tomorrow... you get the idea.

Yes, yes we do.

You'd love it ....you have a logical mind, this would get it ticking ....Inception is a brilliant thinking movie with amazing special effects ...a rarity these days
4 levels of a dream state of reality, each with different timescales, but all 4 running in parallel ...the trick is, what's real, what's a dream, and what level of dream are you at

Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a thief with the rare ability to enter people's dreams and steal their secrets from their subconscious. His skill has made him a hot commodity in the world of corporate espionage but has also cost him everything he loves. Cobb gets a chance at redemption when he is offered a seemingly impossible task: Plant an idea in someone's mind

Cobb uses as an opportunity to sedate and take Fischer into a shared dream. At each dream level, the person generating the dream stays behind to set up a "kick" that will be used to awaken the other sleeping team members from the deeper dream level; to be successful, these kicks must occur simultaneously at each dream level, a fact complicated due to the nature of time which flows much faster in each successive level. The first level is Yusuf's dream of a rainy Los Angeles. The team abducts Fischer, but they are attacked by armed projections from Fischer's subconscious, which has been specifically trained to defend him against such intruders. The team takes Fischer and a wounded Saito to a warehouse, where Cobb reveals that while dying in the dream would normally wake Saito up, the powerful sedatives needed to stabilize the multi-level dream will instead send a dying dreamer into "limbo", a world of infinite subconscious from which escape is extremely difficult, if not impossible, and a dreamer risks forgetting they are in a dream.

So what you're saying is you can understand a movie with huge potholes but not understand a complex movie with no plot holes??

Definitely an Adelaide thing.

I fell asleep watching Cloud Atlas the first time too though I must admit lol.

I know what im doing wednesday now! After watching the haunting of hill house and keeping up with it, inception will be a breeze :p

Have some more whiskey. You're not you when you're thirsty.

The last week has been lean my friend. I lost two whiskey delivery boys, BRAB as everyone knows was banned for his extreme flat-earth views, and kdavva74 who was last heard of whilst spelunking some caverns with a character named 'Lemmiwinks' I am now in search of another whiskey delivery boy

I'm sorry to admit I'm a Movie and Music nerd ...........2,700 movies in my collection (but only the one's I really like) ....and music covering Classical Piano (Rachmaninoff) ....Movie themes (Hans Zimmer & Ennio Morricone) ...to Faith no More, Linkin Park ect

On average, watch at least 1-2 movies every night :( ....some people are voracious book readers, I'm movies

Man I am much the same. Am a massive music and movie nerd myself. Love Ennio. I Dont Care approves of our taste too I'm sure!

I find it a challenge to understand complicated movies ....plot holes don't bother me "on average" as long as I'm entertained ....but my favorite genre is Time Travel, and plot holes in those movies annoy me
