South of Perth.Whereabouts in Perth are you?
I am familiar with the fruits of our breweries. I generally prefer a good lager, but I'm impartial to a good red ale or sour. Otherside Brewery is my current go to.hello Cereal Vanilla, my advice while in Perth is drink some beer from Nail Brewery (Bassendean), see if you can still get some Skywalker Golden IPA, dont wear socks as it will knock them off.
Sand...Generally a dip in the ocean at Cottesloe beach is always on the cards... And then get on it at the Belgian beer café.
Yeah it's still spread out...but how could you miss the mighty DARLING RANGE? They say you could be mildly out of breath if you climb them.Went to Perth in 1992 for a three day visit, recall it seemed very spread out and not .any hills. Had fish and chips somewhere in Fremantle and that was quite good but cant remember much else.
No u!You’re rocking those corduroys
Very surprising there is a mountain range nearby, do not remember thatYeah it's still spread out...but how could you miss the mighty DARLING RANGE? They say you could be mildly out of breath if you climb them.
How are Otherside? I've had a couple of theirs and found them pretty hit & miss.I am familiar with the fruits of our breweries. I generally prefer a good lager, but I'm impartial to a good red ale or sour. Otherside Brewery is my current go to.
Technically it's an escarpment, but it runs all the way from Pemberton to Bindoon (400 km) and has remnants all the way past Geraldton. Without it Perth wouldn't have any dam water to supplement its aquifers and desalination plants.Very surprising there is a mountain range nearby, do not remember that
I'm fairly biased towards Otherside since my brother-in-law pretty much lives a block away from them so I get freebies all the time. I'm not a massive fan of their XPA, but that's probably more indicative of my big hop aversion. Love their Red Ale and Session Ale though, and they've had some good experimentals - like the Red Sour they had over Christmas. How are Otherside? I'm fortunate to live close to a bunch of great breweries - Boatrocker, 2 Brothers, Dainton & Bad Shepherd in particular. If you like your beers boozy & barrel-aged I can highly recommend Boatrocker's Ramjet & Dramjet, and 2 Brothers' Guvnor range of barleywines #blessed

Apologies for prioritising dental hygiene. It’s true.
I wear mine as shorts though as it cuts down the noise.
Let’s be honest, you sound like the type that would enjoy mouthwash but not the mint flavour.
...and increases the distance you have to keep from nearby schools. It’s true.

[ AceAndrew69 likes this ]Yes.
looks like they are going to knock it down and redevelop. The only remnant will be a small portion (the bar) of the original building.
I just want Forrest to leave the tea house alone.
rich philanthropists taking the piss and thinking they can drive change.
Balmy 37 in Perth today. serial_thrilla just hit the bayside up. Always a good feed and the Coffin cheaters make it a nice family setting. Everyone is to afraid to play up. Unless you are in the fight club of course....

AceAndrew69 has allowed me to vacate his lair, at least temporarily. He says that I need to save the thread while he is hunting a couple of cows for dinner.
He seemed almost ashamed that he couldn't fall back on a fellow dragon to save the thread. But oh well.
Sounds like a bunch of old farts rambling in here.
The highlight has definitely been the posting of the Wazzas team sheet.
You’d be the only Warriors player with teeth then.
I’m in stealth mode mate.
I’ve never seen so much crap in one post since your captain posted his team sheet.
The Red Sour looks good, and who doesn't love freebies! You should give some to fumbler though, poor fella sounds like he needs some cheering up.I'm fairly biased towards Otherside since my brother-in-law pretty much lives a block away from them so I get freebies all the time. Hi Dragons and Warriors
This Perth talk is making me homesick and it has only been a few weeks since my move
We need a mid season or at least every end of season SoO tournament again

Oh Tassie is stunning. I grew up in NZ before moving to Perth in primary school . I thought it would just be a poor man’s NZ so didn’t visit until 2018 ... but once I finally did , I loved it and realised how much it has to offer in its own right . We spent 10 days there and made it to Hobart / Queenstown and Strahan / Launceston but would love to go back .Tasweigan
I'll have you know that I have plenty of teeth, in a jar, under my bed.
