After posting my first ever team sheet, receiving a lol react from Greenery on my submission which may of incited panic and now having okey gatecrash our thread, I just assumed this might of involved me/furies.

But it doesn't, disgraceful from all those who don't follow these clear cut and essential rules!

Can I seek clarification on this situation.

My understanding is that the penalty is based upon the fact that Falconista changed the Gumbies team after the deadline.

Why didn’t he write a post stating that “Grimesy87 is deslisted by the Gumbies. Squad list amended”. Is it that difficult?

That is what the correct thing to do would be. But his contention is that he didn't know that the deadline had already passed due to no specified time zones.
