You think that’s bad, I had 1 James boag premium light last night. I was going to open a Crawford river with tea but decided on an early night so didn’t bother. Now to back that up I’m going to try some heaps normal alcohol free beer this week just to see how it tastes. To balance that I’m about to smash a few long necks haha.

Drinking alcohol free beer is the same as withdrawing money and flushing it down the toilet I reckon. I don't know how you can do it haha. Unless your gringo, alcohol's purpose is to get you drunk. I've got a few cans left in the fridge so probably finish those off today, think it's going to be another warm one.

You taste it just enough
Pity the shiraz came in scotch and not Irish

But the cab in Irish was nice
Worth grabbing one for a taste
I'm not sure what the price is tbh
Double barrel is a great drink under $30

The budvar is actually a really nice beer and the heaps Normal has had great reviews. Sometimes I feel like a beer but I have things I need to do that make drinking out of the question or maybe like a lot of people I occasionally take a month off the grog. That’s when it would be nice to have an alcohol free alternative, I actually really like the taste of beer that’s why I drink it.

For me it's the taste plus the effects, admittedly I've never tried alcohol free beer so I may get a couple and give them a go

Well thanks to CursingFijian not responding I'm probably going to get mauled at this Vakataraisulu tonight.

Had a few drinks, not even sure if that's allowed really. Not bringing any but having a few beforehand. Long day at work and would probably go insane without a few.

I once worked at a bottlers that had the contrct to bottle some of the paulette range

So
Few froffs or stiffies today?
Of course. Almost a ritual to have a few before the game

I'm off the booze this week, last two times I over did it. On Wednesday we went out to Gingerboy and after a few beers my wife kept buying cocktails that she didn't like so I kept drinking them so they didn't go to waste. I've still got a ****ed ankle so was walking like I'd had a huge night, I didn't pull up so well for a work night.

I’m having a drink just not sure what, probably a vb or two followed by montieths black. I’ve been trying a couple of alchohol free beers from dans. Heaps normal ipa is crap don’t bother, big drop ipa is better but not great, both have that smell of the can and the heaps normal has an unpleasant sweetness mid palate. Budvar which you can’t get at present is still the only alcohol free beer that tastes like the real thing Imo.

I think on reflection you’re better of with a mid or light beer or just not having one. I’ve probably tried over a dozen of the highly recommended zero alcohol beers and I’ve tipped out way more than I’ve drunk so that’s it for me experiment over.

Thanks for the advice, I was about to give it a go tomorrow. I'll stick with the regulars. Having a BBQ tonight and just picked up a case of Peroni. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things for the season ahead
