I get it mate, calm down. I just think you're reading too much into what is an innocuous use of the term 'lads' - if the poster wrote something like 'tonight we are playing like a mob of Sheilas' or 'get back in the kitchen you fat mole' then I would agree with you. Just because someone uses the term 'lads' it doesn't mean that everyone is ignoring or disregarding women.

Would you be just as outraged if you were on a netball forum or a message board for the Bachelor or Ed Sheeran and a poster wrote 'Hey all you ladies on here....'?

I've been in staff meetings where everyone is a woman except me and the meeting starts with the usual "OK guys lets get started."
There are plenty of things in life to fire up over. This is not one of them IMHO.
