Believe it or not, some copies still available.

Some say it didn't sell well because 'a biography just shouldn't be two pages of actual biographical details, and thirty pages of appendices and references'. Others say it was because I got that Ethiopian shaman who I felt a spiritual connection with to write it. Some even argue it's the complete and utter inaccuracy of the shaman's barely comprehensible ramblings which stops them from reading it.

I say it didn't sell well because of some league conspiracy to stop me from being relevant and making the All-SFA side. As per usual.
