As a Geelong supporter I’m sure you’d understand a run of sustained success and always being at the pointy end of the ladder is more fulfilling than an Adelaide Crows 97-98 type fling where you’re not all that competent but manage to pull something out of your arse

I hated the 97-98 seasons.

...except Andrew Jarman won the Magarey Medal in his first season back in the SANFL though. And was selected in the SA state squad that year despite not being in an AFL team.

...and my team went undefeated in A grade and we won premierships in the top four grades.

Ok, so it was just the Crows premierships that I hated. The rest was pretty good.

The Crows premierships sucked BIGTIME though.
