Well if the Old Boys do win this week (they won't, but I'm trying to make a point here), they'll need the week off to recover from their sore spots. For example, I can envisage Tigerturbulance rocking up to Spotswood Hospital next Monday morning - he sees the nurse (no Mrs Turbo, he doesn't try to chat her up), goes to the desk and says, "Good morning - I'm here to visit thewizardmelon. Can you please tell me what room he's in?" She looks at her computer and then says, "Ah yes - his arms are in room 2, his legs are in room 3, his spleen is in room 4, and his head and torso are in room 5."

In fact, us winning does the Rats a favour as they get to play another week…against an opposition they aren’t such huge underdogs against! So it’s a blessing to lose to the eventual S37 champions really.
