Yeah, I've done something like that before. I'll have to do it again taking into account that Mrs m is coeliac, so I'd change the breadcrumbs, she doesn't eat pork, so I'd substitute chicken sausages. No speck is the problem. Have used vegetable substitutes in the past. I'll have to think about it....

This morning I've been awoken by some very chatty blackbirds around my house. It's happy noise and not the worst way to wake up.
