I bought my dog into work today. Last time I did that he was sick and laid down like a good dog and was pretty easy to deal with at work. Getting serious for a second. Yes this is it.
The older generations who go after the younger generations are conveniently forgetting that in the past a tradie could support an entire family to live a middle class lifestyle on his own. There are now people without kids who are both working and struggling to find an affordable house that isn't 1-1.5+ hours away from work etc. So the work/life balance seems to have changed for the average family.
