The fact is Freo made the truly hard call for the first time in their existence by getting rid of a perfectly reasonable coach in Mark Harvey and replacing him with someone they knew wouldn't be popular but would take them forward.
Still a way to go for the Dockers, but they could well break the duck in the next couple of seasons, if not this year.
I give them 100% respect.
