Should be Cloke... But apparently he's still got a chance at afl... And I very much doubt that and ex afl player would lower themselves to this level

Wrapped to see him win it as an Eagle. I hope most would agree that he's a worthy winner.

South Yarra on the up in 2017 so I'd check there (obviously I'm biased) but it will be wide open in Div 3 I'd suggest - maybe even closer than this year

Go to south yarra as they have the best ground and only have to walk 1km from change room to the ground

If not then Yarra should swap rooms and they go to the stadium to see how they cope. Most disgusting thing is any female trainers having to work next to the stinking urinals. Frigging disgusting.

Clubs seemingly very slack in naming coaches, Dandy, Sandown, Black Rock all still no announcements? Pre Season starting in the next week or two - any real suggestions on who's coaching these sides? Any recruits?

I was speaking to a few mates that still play at Dandy, and they haven't heard anything about a new coach either. Maybe they haven't been able to find one.

You'd imagine that they'll readvertise if they had no luck.. Hopefully they get something done, particularly Dandy & Sandown if they want to start climbing the ladder?!

Being relatively new to the area, I had no idea of merger talks.. would that be a solution to both sides struggles?

Just a rumour floating around. No idea if they were actually talking to each other.

The area is definitely overpopulated with clubs though. I reckon it effects us Sfl div 3 clubs the most, being the lowest standard of the 4 leagues competing in the Dandenong/Casey area
