I've watched footy for 30 years and I have never seen such a confused, inconsistent and sub-standard set of umpires across the AFL in that whole time. How you just completely miss Lachie Jones getting tunnelled sums it up. And for Ricciuto to say "Thilthorpe was just protecting himself"... c'mon now.

A proper team united with the fans would have started a melee after Rachele openly mocking the fans. But after all, Charlie Dixon did say we lacked intelligence so what do we expect...

Fell out of it in the second part of that quarter after threatening to rip them apart. We need him to do something outrageous after HT. Butters can’t win this single-handedly. Rozee hasn’t done enough. Wines with a typically abysmal showdown performance. The Nankervis contested mark against him summed his showdown history to a “T”. Ollie would have conceded more contested marks in showdowns than any player in history.
