What a bloody good win by Port. I honestly thought Adelaide would of given more of an effort than that. They were thoroughly outclassed today, by a more experienced skillful side.

Crows look to be in a bit of trouble...i cant see you winning 4 games this year, let alone bloody 13 or whatever. Roo got injured...so did Bassett. Just no forward line...and your gameplan is way up shi!t creek. Whats with playing down the flanks??

Was a great game tho. Im glad you payed the umpires before the game!!!! I cant see any umpire or crow fan justifying why Primus had 7 free kicks against him in 7 ball ups!! That was an absolute joke. Port had more of the umps in teh last half, and adelaide still had more free kicks. In the second quarter there, the only reason why Adelaide was in the was because the umpires were giving you a free every 2 minutes on the dot!
Altho they were shocking all day really...port got some soft free kicks...and some real bemusing free to the crows too. I love to know why Mcleod got that 50m penalty in the last quarter!!

How bad did Robran play!! Crows are just too inexperienced, and are lacking senior players to stand up and be counted. Goodwin played well for the crows..Clarke did alright as well....Crowell beat Tredrea and Mcgregor thumped Cornes...but other than that Adelaide were in trouble.

Bac luck....and dont stab gary yet!

I agree, I had to double check to see that this was the CROWS Board. It would be nice to come here occasionally and NOT see Macca's posts. I've had enough of Power fans after today thank you.

BTW the Power supporter sitting next to me today conceded the umpires were atrocious, but against the Crows!! He couldn't explain why the Power kept getting suspect frees!!!

Yeah Macca, leave these guys alone. Port proved today who is the best Adelaide team in the AFL so their is nothing left to argue about anymore.

Macca19, yes the Power played better than the Crows today that is obvious. The umpires, the less said the better (and that goes for both sides - do you remember getting four or five frees during the second from the backline to the forward in a row). At this point the Crows are a bit of a rabble, but remember this time 12 months ago so were Port. 12 months is a long time in footy. Remember the old adage, whats goes around comes around.

As i said...the umpiring was crappy both ways. It was actually 3 kicks in a row in the second quarter. I just cant believe how many frees there were out of ruck contests...3/4 of the free kicks were from a ruck contest i reckon. I took a look at the umpires before the game and knew it was gonna be a shocker. Harvey...how he is an umpire i dont know! Coates is a shocker! The other than...forgot his name but he wasnt up to scratch either. They seemed to pay every little thing, but ended up missing hte blatantly obvious ones!! And i just love how the crows got a free due to the umpire running into francou!!! Good effort ump!!!

And anyway...i dont remember seeing a "crows fans board"..i thought it was the Adelaide Crows board...to discuss matters of the adelaide football club!! Seeing as this game immediatly affected my club, i posted. I wished the crows luck before the game...i gave my opinion on the game after it. Whats your problem? Is it the fact that im a realist, and actually realise the crows have a problem, and im not afraid to state that?

I'm surprised the lazy bastards were close enough to the play to pay any free kicks, probably explained why there were so many paid in the rucks. They should be closer to the play, there's enough of the mongrels...
