Once the resim is official we'll be 5th as the Bears drew the Furies. Not the first time we've been screwed over by a final round draw but that's what happens when you rely on other results. Last season's premiers finished 5th and if we're good enough we win it anyway, at this rate we'll be playing Hate's Dragons who managed to miraculously sneak into the 8.

Stats for the Match, and Gray Day with 5 last quarter goals becomes our first Alf Andrews medallist since Groove (technically, our first ever, as it wasn't called the Alf back in those days). Quadzilla and myself each with 31 disposals, and Cloud_ , sportsmaniac89 and Macca19 all turning in great games but we are relegated to an elimination final against the Dragons by the resim in the Bears/Furies game resulting in a tie.
Season Stats, and Gray Day's goal average of 4.76 gpg is the best EVER by a Swamprat! When Groove booted 113 in S4, it was done in 25 games at an average of 4.52 gpg. Far Kern is sneaking up behind Butler for most hitouts after his mid-season knee-capping, while ChristopH has jumped miggs in the sticky-hands department
We owe the Dragons big-time, for knocking us out of the S20 finals AND for beating us in the final round in S21, stopping us from going further. Let's take them down!

The original Bears/Furies game, which the Furies won, was simmed with Matera92 in two separate positions and RookiPick left out completely. Some idiot (
) picked up on this and alerted the Bears. It HAD to be a resim, and it was a draw, so the Bears just clung on to fourth spot.Honestly, if I didn't pick up the error, someone wlse would have.
