Let's hope we get a good run in the offseason and can hit 2023 hard.
But, not too hard.
Don’t want contact injuries in pre-season.

Must have sustained a flail chest, because you don’t routinely ORIF (metalwork) ribs.
Question time ...Do the plates stay in or taken out once healed ?
Just taking this opportunity to give another to the posters that called him soft.
Tom Joyce has gone back to TBC after being listed at 3-4 weeks last week
My new best friend Kate will clarify shortly.
Do you guys know how the “inactive” players and the top ups work?
In particular if we make somebody like McGovern inactive, can we bring back a Tom Cole etc even if the top ups (Culley / Dixon / Naish / Joyce) are still on the list?
I dont think Culley is a top up!Do you guys know how the “inactive” players and the top ups work?

That's the best list we've seen all year. In terms of guys who aren't inactive or Tom Joyce, we only have three on the list (Dixon, Langdon, Gov).
The push for finals starts now!!
He explains it in the Coast to Coast episode. Last week, I think. Not that I’m against putting him in cotton wool for the year given what a shitshow this season has proven to be but did the club actually elaborate on what Chesser’s ankle/foot injury was? Did he even have surgery?
Sheed does a syndesmosis (high ankle sprain) in the same game in late February and is ready for WAFL action in late May. Chesser though is supposedly no chance of coming back at all in 2022.
Sound like broadly comparable injuries on the initial reports but Chesser remains inactive and looks likely to do so for the season.
You didn't seriously expect me to actually remember what he said, right?Didn’t he need a reconstruction?
