Should the billy be abolished?

Thanks to all who put songs in for what was a challenging theme

Cancer affects us all - either ourselves , a family member or a friend

It doesnt hide from anybody

We do need to talk about it - though we are getting better. I know how hard it was for me - 30 years ago - pretending my aunt was coming home when I could tell she wasnt for any length of time

I know people who want to see a person every day - and then there are those who prefer to remember the person as this fit strong hero who was invincible .

To see them reduced to bones is at times shattering

Again thank you

My Aunt is currently in the late stages and wont be leaving the hospital she's in. I haven't seen her for 10 or so years but she has always sent me a Birthday card with money or scratchies or Lotto tickets in it for as long as I can remember and no matter where I moved to. It's going to be strange not receiving birthday cards every year.

This and another song dominated the Billies early - one went from zero to hero and another - well at least someone gave it a vote

Appreciate the love for my song (School Of Seven Bells). In 2013 band member Benjamin Curtis (guitars, production etc) was diagnosed with lymphoma and died that same year. He was only 34 :'(
