Perhaps if Party Gull really was upset about it he could have brought it up with me instead of running to you guys.
I haven't been well so haven't listened to each song to check them but all I saw was Hotel California by Eagles which is a song not only that has podiumed but that he nommed last round and tried to nom in a previous round with me.
I gave him multiple chances to re-nom and he didn't take it.
Also if it's a completely different song to the Eagle song then there's no reference to animals and isn't eligible.

It's 'featuring the Eagles' though? I assume featured artists are allowed. If not should have been specified.
The deadline happened early and you weren't accepting any late noms so he couldn't re-nom. Even Tubbs missed it. Sigh. If you're not well enough to check noms then maybe you shouldn't have hosted. I am sorry you are sick though and hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I have a 4yo niece.. She loves Hawaiian pizza, but recently when out at a restaurant she started picking off the ham. My sister was like "it's the same ham we have at home but it just looks different" lol nope she proceeded to continue picking it all off!!

The Overload by Yard Act - Simply put, it's Parquet Courts fronted by Mike Skinner from The Streets. And it's bloody awesome.
Where's The One? by Congotronics International - A supergroup of two Congolese bands with some Western avant-pop artists (from Sweden, Argentina and America including the most excellent Deerhoof), it's a mix of studio and live tracks and the fusion of the two really disparate styles mesmerises me into a trance for most of the album.
