I'm guessing one of them.

Chester Bennington's death really affected me. Linkin Park have long been one of my favourite bands and I just remember feeling so empty upon hearing of his death. A massive part of my life was gone and it hurt a lot. I've never listened to their music the same, the lyrics have a different meaning and it's insanely sad. I'm eternally grateful to him and all of Linkin Park for helping shape my musical identity. May his memory live on.

It was so iconic when it was released. Their first two albums were the best.

I agree and disagree. Like other bands such as Arctic Monkeys, Linkin Park always tried to reinvent themselves and forge a unique path. They never 'sold out' as some bands did, but constantly changed their sound and moved forward. Their first two albums were fantastic, but I enjoy all of their albums for different reasons.

Yeah, I feel the same mate when I listen to some of their songs. I can really feel his pain. I know what a troubled upbringing he had and it's sad that he couldn't escape his demons. :(

Took me a long time to warm to Meteora. In fact, I’m still cold on several tracks

Yes, I will give them credit for evolving. In fact there are several tracks I like from their more recent stuff. I guess there's a lot of nostalgia with the first two.
