My favourite formula (yes, I have favourites) I came up with was this one:

=IFERROR(COUNTIF(D4: D35, "Free")/(32-COUNTIF(D4: D35, "Leave")), "")

It was a formula to count up how much of the time at work I was at my desk and not in meetings so that I could actually support my team. I then used the results to remove myself from a bunch of meetings because I could prove it was taking me away from my main role.

Post-round update! (528)
  • That was 3 podiums in 6 rounds for SarahSmiles who moved to 14 in total!
  • Ulahoopski made it 59 podiums with his effort!
However, there were a couple of Hall of Shamers that round.
  • He took in good spirits but Loonerty's 19th billy was also in a round he hosted (not the first time this has happened to him)
  • Marklar_33 had the win in his grasp but he let it slip by failing to vote. The McKernan-Grant Medal is his.
  • As a result, Riviat won his first contest in just his 3rd round!
