Some I wouldn't be sad if I never heard them again lol.

How about the top 2 streamed songs of the 2000s, Coldplay’s Yellow and The Killers’ Mr. Brightside 😂

Not sure what’s wrong with any of those songs tbf, seems like a good representation of that decade and they’ve all aged well.
The 80s songs I like aren't in the list.

I don't mind A-ha though.

Most of my favourite music is from the early to mid 2000s

Coldplay, Birds of Tokyo, Thirsty Merc, Killers, Jamiroquai, Christina Aguilera, Greenday, Foster the People, Empire of the Sun, Vance Joy, Train, MCR.

I've seen what you guys listen to and I'd never do any good.

Oh I’m not talking about the song’s merits, more about the original post was implying that they were overplayed and pointing out that these two are pretty similar. Certainly in The Killers’ case, that song has been in the UK Top 100 for almost 8 years now.

I just saw someone had already won with Gotye Hearts a Mess. I love that song.

Suitable song for the round

Some crackers in that list!

Jeez, if any of you ever play Betrayal At House on the Hill Legacy, leave a good few hours for the final game. Took about twice as long as usual.

Anyway will add the two noms I haven't gotten to and get ready to post the list.

That looks like a decent playlist but it would have been better if I threw in a nom, I'm sitting this one out to give others a chance.

That looks like the usual Perth 96FM playlist.

I actually heard them play Survivor's Eye of the Tiger today when I was listening to that station in my car today.

I don't like that song much but they backed it up with this quality 80s banger to make up for it.

Not a bad list apart from Purple Rain which is one of the most overrated songs of all time, Freo supporters probably like it though.

Hmmm. Should I try and get Oasis tickets.

If they just play their early stuff it will be one of those England football singalong concerts that are usually lots of fun.

I would try and get a ticket if I was still living in the UK but I'm not forking out for a flight back there for one of their concerts when there is a chance it could get cancelled due to Noel and Liam having another bust up, it's buyer beware with their concerts.

Apologies Loonerty … song 1 is not available in my country so I can’t see the entire playlist. Could you please possibly move it to elsewhere on the list (I can just search for any songs which aren’t available in my country as long as they’re not first).

How bout now?

Just had a proud dad moment.
D1: Can I sell my Taylor Swift record (1989) so I can get The Queen Is Dead?
Your D1 now has an open invite to join this contest

The Smiths is the only thing that has really stuck. She still gets most of her musical knowledge off tiktok.
I've listened to 10 secs of Alphaville's Forever Young 1,000 time the last month.
Still might pull off a few wins. There's a few suckers for tiktok tunes around.
