I agree, I think in order for us to go forward, we need to create a successful culture and thew only way to do so is by recruiting guys that have been part of success

Guys i heard this morning that collingwood's prime target for an assistant was Gary O'donnell. I think this would be a great move, as he has been under Lethal in his 4 most successful seasons. I would be great to bring in a successful culture at the Collingwood Football Club.

What are your thoughts???
Wouldn't be bad having him or Silvagni as assistants at Collingwood.

SOS and O'Donnell are premiership players.

So's Tony Shaw!!!

What I really meant was that there's room for SOS and O'Donnell without getting rid of Gotch, who concentrates on Willy anyway and doesnt do much at Collingwood.

If we sack Gotch, a Saint imagine the "scapegoat" vitriol from Joffaboy!!!!

But would we go for both? Or one of them?

probabaly only one of them I'd say but we could afford both. SOS would possibly be more long term as O'Donnel is a bee's proverbial from a senior coaching role and may not hang around long, while SOS would be a specialist defensive coach. O'Donnell would be more a match day tactician. Gotch could remain coach of Williamstown without getting in the way of these two.
