Honestly, in reading the article there appears to be very little in the way of facts to back this up. The company this guy works for are well known to be publicity seekers, they once were banned from a community center for running a "death match", which featured, among other things, flaming baseball bats. The guy has no idea if it even was a St Kilda player and, from his own admission, wasn't even injured. He is "to embarrassed and humiliated" to see a doctor, but has no issues putting it all over social media.
If this is untrue or blown out of proportion and we are the victim of a swindle for publicity, St Kilda should use the court system to ensure nobody takes advantage of our poor standing and somewhat undeserved reputation ever again.
