There is a method to my madness. I assumed that everybody would go really high so I would sit down the bottom and hope to be the closest. However, I wanted to still have a shot at the bonus point so I had a proper guess.

God, I'm an idiot! I just realised that I added up twice in my calculations by guessing the total no. of frees for and against each team, instead of the total no. of frees paid for in a game. I'm so stupid, I don't deserve to win. Footywire says there were 48 frees paid but I'll wait for lionbear to confirm. Congrats to the winners. Thanks to lionbear for organising the Stat Game. I've thoroughly enjoyed it!
