So Weller gets punched by a plain clothed cop who hasnt identified himself beforehand, and Brown steps in and sticks up for his younger team mate?

Good job Browny :thumbsu:

Different club. Same douchebag.

yeah I agree, I had a great time and so did a lot of people but I am just saying when you have been to one it's easy to see why some people go overboard and get into trouble.

Well the one I went to was about 10 years ago so maybe it's changed since then. Like a lot of those events, once they become popular they start getting overrun by tools who just go there to cause trouble.

Did you read the story? Weller was getting rilled up by some bloke from WA, a fight broke, Brown jumped in to help the teenager and some how a plain clothes cop got involved.

What link are you reading from because based on that article you need some serious help with your comprehension skills if that's what you interpreted that article to say.

It's so easy to get into trouble in places like Bali and Thailand and it would be interesting to know what the 'real' cost of being released was. Personally I'm going to wait and hear the official version but you can safely say that McKenna is going to be seriously pissed off.

"footballers pissed and / or violent following end of season"

in other news, water is wet and the sky is blue.

not condoning the violence but do we really know the full story? who is to say they weren't baited by this plain clothes officer?

jeez, is there ever an acceptable time to blow off steam and have a few drinks following a long season?

That's a nice way to ask someone for a link.
It is understood punches were thrown during a fight which erupted and that Brown jumped in to help his 19-year-old teammate.
It is believed Weller, who played his debut season, was provoked into the fight by the tourist, who lives in Western Australia.

Reports suggested an off-duty policeman and an Australian tourist were involved in the incident, with punches being thrown.

Glad Fev wasn't in that hemisphere, or was he?, arghh, we can blame him anyway. :D

Full moon party lol, if anyone here dosn't know what goes on at those i suggest you do so research, drug infested par-tay, not a great scene for someone trying to uphold an image IMO.

FFS! Totally sick of footballers saying they were provoked into a fight. The only reason you get into a fight is because you want to get into one.

I've been provoked by drunken ********s at bars before but I've never actually been in a fight. It's only the drunken ******** footballers who can't ignore drunken ******** supporters.
