Jokes and memes aside: this game is fine but nothing worth taking anything out of at the moment. Adelaide played their GF last week and we just want no injuries. Simple as that. That said, holding them to 1 goal from a 50/50 free kick in a quarter is good and being able to kick 80+ in a half shows that we still have our scoring power without some major elements of it.
All in all happy with this as a tune up for finals. The rest will be important and hopefully will allow JMac and Papley to slot back in seamlessly

Honestly I hope Adelaide don't rally for a fightback and just continue the witches hat stuff. I'd be perfectly happy with a junk-time confidence boosting second half.

Flat patch for 15 mins at the end of Q1 but otherwise decent pressure and better skills.
Melican a bit loose on Thilthorpe in that period but otherwise excellent. Warner rode a huge tackle to pass to Amartey. Terrific stuff. Altogether not too bad.
