England's two remaining games are before AUS v SCO.

With NRRs as they currently are, if England don't win those two comfortably, it might be enough for Australia to beat Scotland by a plausibly modest margin for Aus and Sco to progress.

while Group 1 is likely to be India (A1), Afghanistan (C1), Scotland (B2) and Bangladesh (D2)

Obviously results go there way England, NZ and Pakistan can still make it though.
